Services:

At Vida Bella Med Spa & Weight Loss Center, we offer goods, services, and treatments that are nonrefundable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service, including but not limited to: those that have been prepaid, promotions, gift cards, and those injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

All prepaid services must be rendered within 1 year of purchase.

 

Products:

We do not offer refunds for skincare products purchased.
 

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are valid for 1 year after purchase.
 

Appointment Policy:

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving 10 minutes late and service deposits will be forfeit (see cancellation policy for details).
 

No show/Cancellation Policy:

At Vida Bella we have a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy. Any appointment that no shows or cancels within 48 hours will be subject to the following charges and/or will forfeit the following deposits:

Consultations: $25
Neurotoxin appointments: $50
Dermal Filler/Kybella appointments: $100
Sculptra appointments: $100
PDO Threads: $100

Morpheus 8 RF Microneedling/Microneedling: $50
Hair Regrowth Stimulation: $50
Glo2Facial: $50
Dermaplaning: $25
